- Arrive Rome (FCO) - you will be met at the airport and introduced to your guide and driver
- St. Paul’s Gate - (Porta San Paolo in Italian) one of the southern gates in the 3rd-century Aurelian Walls, and the exit of Rome that led to the Basilica of St. Paul
- Old Appian Way - constructed in 312 BC, this road was used to transport Roman military throughout the country
- Catacombs - curious underground caves where early Christians worshipped in secret and buried their dead
- Welcome Dinner

Ancient Rome
Your Day Includes
- Coliseum - the largest amphitheater ever built and the symbol of the Eternal City
- Circus Maximus - situated in the valley between the Aventine and Palatine hills and was the first and largest stadium in ancient Rome
- Palatine Hill - the largest hill overlooking the city and according to Roman mythology, the birthplace of the city’s founders, Romulus and Remus
- Mamertine Prison - where apostles Paul and Peter were imprisoned before their deaths
- Roman Forum - the site of triumphal processions and elections; the venue for public speeches, criminal trials, and gladiatorial matches; and the nucleus of commercial affairs
- Arch of Titus - located in the Roman Forum, this arch commemorates the sack of Jerusalem in 70 AD to humiliate the defeated Jewish people, and depicts the vast riches of the plundered Jewish temple
- Trajan’s Market - a complex of ruins that presents a living model of life in the Roman capital and insights about Ancient Roman architecture
- Arch of Triumph (Constantine) - the largest Roman triumphal arch
- Jewish Ghetto - the second most ancient after that of Venice, a beautiful, fascinating and historically significant neighborhood in Rome city center
- St. Clemente Basilica - the foundation of a Roman home from the 1st century lies beneath the basilica and housed an early church
- Free Afternoon in Rome - spend time exploring local Roman markets, wandering around the city streets, or enjoying a gelato at a city café
- Spanish Steps - the iconic, butterfly-shaped stairs is an elegant gathering place for locals and tourists alike

- Pantheon - a former Roman temple, now a church
- Trevi Fountain - the largest Baroque fountain in Rome and one of the most famous fountains in the world
- Free Afternoon in Rome - revisit Piazza Navona, one of Rome’s liveliest squares, or explore other areas of the magnificent city
- Private Insider Access at Vatican City - the small, independent state where we will see the exceptional collection of artwork from every era. We will admire the fascinating Candelabra Gallery, the Gallery of Tapestries, the Rooms of Raphael, and finally the inspiring Sistine Chapel with Michelangelo’s masterpieces, such as the extraordinary frescoed ceiling and The Last Judgment.
