These gatherings focus on biblical women and Kingdom identity, foster meaningful relationships, and prepare hearts for what God desires to do. This journey is lovingly led by two women with decades of spiritual leadership:
Nadya, with years of coaching women into clarity, confidence, and Kingdom destiny, and
Cheri, with over 30 years of curating sacred journeys to Israel that foster deep encounter and lasting transformation.
Together, they create a spiritually attentive environment marked by wisdom, safety, and depth.
Nadya Dickson
As a Communicator and Professional Leadership Coach, Nadya has a passion to activate and empower women in their Kingdom identity and purpose while coaching them to fully thrive through a life of increased margin, balance, and focus. She serves as the National and International Director of the Master’s Program for Women where she mentors high-impact women in community to become leaders in revival and transformation at home, in the marketplace and in the church. When she is not traveling, her happy place is at home on Lake Norman, North Carolina, where she cherishes time with her husband and best friend, Damien, and their children and grandchildren.
Cheri Fitzsimmons
As a business leader, Cheri ‘s heart passion is to mentor, facilitate, and exhort women to discover their Kingdom Identity and become the leaders that God designed them to be in the home, in the marketplace, and the church. Through her unique experience in ministry, business and her personal testimony of God’s redemptive grace, Cheri’s extensive experience includes curating transformational tours to Israel and other Biblical locations for close to 30 years. Cheri serves as DFW Area Director of the Master’s Program for Women. She also is the Founder/Owner and Board Chair of Morning Star Tours. She has been married to her husband Mike over 50 years. Her greatest joy is Gods redemptive gift of family which includes two amazing daughters who are blessed with godly husbands and six beautiful grandchildren. She lives in Dallas, Texas.
